today ends my 6 month probation. Are they still able to call me in for a Drug Test?

I go to College far away and am concerned about having to go home quickly as it's nearly impossible. Can they call me in for a drug test even though im cleared of probation??
throughout my probation i had random drug testing but in my contract it said they were only able to drug test me 3 times, they have only tested me twice so far.
Also, my court date was for today 10/5 at 9 a.m. but a Public Defender appeared for me. The judge dismissed my case.
 
Your question leaves out a lot of details. What were the terms of your probation? There could be a stipulation requiring random drug tests after your probation.

If you're worried about leaving college (and not failing a drug test, ahem) try working out something with your probation officer that would allow you to be tested locally so you don't have to miss class.

Regardless, this is something that must be cleared up and if it requires missing a class so be it.
 
Until the judge has signed off on your completion, you could (and probably will be) required to make one more test.
 
2x so far, so looks like a third time for the exit interview.
Once you are off probation, that ends your probation, unless you fail your last drug testing.
