To whom are civil judges in Washington State accountable to?

If a civil judge, or judges of one County are discriminating against civilians, what can be done about it? How does a normal person without legal experience and no money for a lawyer file some type of complaint and where would such a complaint get filed?

Don't judges need to follow the law, and are not above the law? And aren't they accountable to someone?
 
no one in the government is accountable for anything they do,,, watch the news or if like in my city they have a chanel to watch the local courts on tv,,, it's amazing to see how the judges act. The arrogance of these people appalls me.
