...knowing html? I've used assorted email programs over the past few years. Now I'm in a consulting situation where I maybe actually setting up and sending the emails--not just planning and writing the content. Most of the small businesses use one of these contact programs--can I use them, or at least get by, without knowing html and just using their templates, etc.?
