To those who want universal healthcare - would you rather eat in a for profit...

...restaurant or not for profit one? For profit restaurant: - uses freshes/latest ingredients, doesn't want you to wait so they serve promptly and provide excellent service with a world renown chefs in a beautiful setting so you go back to them instead of the other restaurant across the street. They strive to do their best.

Not for profit restaurant - why buy the fresh ingredients that cost more when the client has no choice on what they're gonna get, there's no restaurant across the street for them to pick from. Why bother hiring additional staff - let them wait or take reservations for next week even if they're really hungry now. The menu is at a fixed price, with maybe 3 different items and no dessert - why bother when you don't have to make a profit? Feel free to add to the list.
 
Wow, Snowflake, that's the strangest analogy I've seen on the issue yet.
A non-profit restaurant? Example? A for profit restaurant - how about McDonald's? Does their high quality food work for your example?
Do you honestly think that Universal Health Care won't require for profit drug and health industries to continue to compete for selling their products?
