To much sex? . . . . ttc?

Hey Ladies, just a quicky (pardon the pun). Apparently when ttc you should have sex once every 2 days roughly but me and my hubby like it every day if not more. We find it very hard to abstain :-s do you think we are harming our chances of getting pregnant?

Hardly, though I think U should try to keep that part of yourself as in tact as possible as well as stay pleasing to husband. It's a delicate balance.

a bit maybe...because sperm need 48yrs to regenerate.
If you are having sex more than that, he is not ejaculating mature sperm....maybe just try abstaining around 3 days before ovulation...then have sex the day before you ovulate...that will increase your chances...then you can go cray the rest of the month...

i heard doing it every day is like using the same tea bag over and over....although I read a book about trying to concieve a girl and that said to have sex every day because they are slower sperm....so who knows! =]

too much sex is not good .U should wait at least 3 days between sex sessions . You have to give him time for his sperm count come up again . My husband and i went through that before and that is what my fertility dr. recommended . Yeah i know that is a bummer. Have fun waiting!!!! :

i want to see the answers to becaue my husband and I are the same way. I tried to tell him that we needed to do it every other day or something like that. And we can never go that long!! haha

No, I don't think having that much sex will affect your chances, I think it will help if anything!
