To make it to another galaxy, can we be frozen?

I mean like, even with the technology we have today and in a few years they decide to travel to the nearest galaxy, would they be able to freeze people during the travel...and live several generations but only have certain people make it there and back? I'm sorry if this is really confusing. I've been online reading about God and scientific facts about humans and life on other planets and other galaxies and whatnot. Just want someone else's opinion. Im surrounded by the cult called "Christians" but I don't believe in God.

I don't think traveling through space will ever be possible just like that. Einstein's theory of relativity states that there's nothing faster than light and light takes about 100,000 years to get out of our galaxy, imagine how long it would take for us. I think the only way to space travel is through wormholes or such.

I think they have to find a technology for artificial hibernation so that the astronauts don't get old and live for a very long time but we need those special genes which scientist say can be extracted from worms and roaches but science today hasn't advanced yet. I think that the best way to get to another galaxy is to make artificial black holes to bend space and shorten the distance but we are still very primitive for this. i believe we all are gods science fair project and there must be an explanation for everything(no magic).
