i am disagreeing...and this my arguments....
In to kill a mocking bird Atticus was placed in situations which he tried to overcome, and how well he fought for this equality was up to him…in order for the readers yo understand the Theme EQUALITY…ATTICUS WAS MADE TO Lose THE CASE… harpers lees intention is to establish the importance of equality, she wanted to demonstrate the frequent actions of men, comparing them to the innocence of childish views. In the book to kill a mocking bird…inequality was just a baby step to understand the theme, ”Equality”
