I dont want to play it on the cops. I want to play it on my boss (its ok, he is a cool guy, we are freinds). NOT the police.

Just, i wanted to know, if i got pulled over, for any reason, would i got to jail cuase i have a Jim beam bottle (NOT A DROP OF BOOZE IN IT) filled with tea in my car.

I dont think it is any different than my jim beam hat i wear, its JUST a label, no alcohol.
Im drunk right now, thats why the bottle is empty. :)

You can be charged and convicted of an Open Container offense even if the bottle is completely empty. It doesn't matter what's in it.
 
To be safe, I would, like having a weapon, without a CCW on you, put the bottle into the cars trunk.

The officer, if the bottle is in the trunk, out of the plain view doctrine, would not have to stop you at all, since the bottle is not in plain view and the plain-view doctrine would not be applicable.

And BTW: I actually understood the joke was not intended for the police, but your concern was the outside chance of being pulled over by the cops.
