To Buy or Not to Buy a Ford Mustang?

I am currently car shopping...I really love the Mustang but I live in the midwest and have heard mixed reviews on driving in the winter. I would really like your suggestions on driving in the Midwest Winters, preferably from those of you who own a mustang and drives in the miswest or knows someone! Thanks so much!
 
A high powered rear wheel drive vehicle is the last thing you want to drive in snow and ice. If its going to be your only car, then don't buy a mustang. If you have a front wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle you can drive in the snow, the get the mustang and leave it in the garage when it snows.
