To become a Nuclear Engineer in Medicine, what sciences should I take?

I know that math is important in the 11th grade and among sciences should i take biology along with chemistry and physics or not???
Any help will be appreciated!
Please throw some light on the work of a nuclear engineer in medicine if possible.
