To anyone whos worked at Victoria's Secret, please answer?

Okay so in August I got a job as a sales associate at Victoria Secret, I was so excited because I was looking for a job for about 5 months. But honestly I am not happy with the job anymore. First off I am 18 years old and they are paying me 8.55! At Starbucks I was getting paid 9.50 +tips. Second I get the crappy hours! in October I only worked 4 times! and its looking the same for November! They only schedule me once a week which is Sunday. My availability is so open, and each month they hire like 10 new girls! I don't understand it! And my supervisors bit*h at me to get customers to open an Angels card which personally I think no one wants to open up a credit card with our economy. But I do such a good job at selling all the newest bras, I feel I work hard but I'm getting so under paid. Does anyone know why this is? I find it so ridiculous
