to any cinema obessor!

What's an obessor? I googled it and there are a lot of uses of it, but I don't know what it means! It's not in the dictionary.

It must be bad, this is about the 3 - 4th thread they have started about this Bollywood film. I'll wait for the DVD, then completely ignore it as I would any other bollywood film.

I watched this yesterday and I thought it was absolutely brilliant :D for all those ppl who think it's like a typical Bollywood film would be wrong, you have to go watch it to see. A true masterpiece in its own right and as expected from the makers of Lagaan, another great film, so yes please go see it before you judge it!!!

your completely right, i have too admit i didnt expect such a phenomenal movie. i had a feeling it would be good with Hrithik and Ash co-starring but i never expected to see such a spellbinding, beautiful, exquisite etc movie. the music is so haunting, and i loved the scene where Akbar tames an elephant it was very gripping. i think it could be the turn around for indian cinema, its already a huge success!

ps i started this thread because i think everybody has the right too see this movie, not just bollywood fans.(like myself)its sad if you dont get too see it and then judge it!

hello, if your thinking its just about history, like i did, your wrong. its so much more, i still can't believe how beautiful the movie is, but its sad if you judge it before you see it, i nearly did the same, in every way this movie is outstanding. its a cinematic experience!:)x

So does that mean I have to go see everything I have no interest in? Given the prices at cinema's these days, I have the choice of being picky about what I watch. I didn't judge the film, which I am sure is (to some) brilliant, but I have absolutely no interest in it and unwilling to spend money on going to the cinema to see it.

So to the OP, we get that you like it; you just don't need 5 million separate threaRAB to tell the world about how happy you are to see this spectacular of visual stupendousness.

What a silly thing to say, of course i'm not saying that u should watch something u have no interest in, i'm just saying don't judge it if u haven't seen it, of course u can be picky about what u watch, i am too, we're not forcing u to watch the film we're just saying how great it is, last time i checked it wasn't wrong to do that, so get off ur high horse

i am just recommending an excellent movie, and i think its just like Sweetsista89 said, see it before you judge it.
im guessing that some of you arent very open minded and not willing too try something new.
i guess thats just the way some people are, and thats great for them but sometimes you miss out on something extremely special.
here are some pictures if you wanna c. (couldnt find the best scene pic tho soz.

As I only have a Shetland Pony, it shouldn't be a problem getting off him. :D

I am very open minded, I speak it when I feel the need too. I'll just stick to my Japanese horror, Hong Kong thrillers and the martial arts of the early Jackie Chan era; guess I am not very open minded about foreign films either.

ok then x:)

Well I will be quite happy to give it a shot and watch it.

I actually enjoy international movies :)

A few of the recent movies that I have just watched were:

Cicade de deus....(City of God)

Se Jie.................(Lust, Caution)

Der Untergang.....(The Downfall)

All from different parts of the globe, but absolutely fantastic movies.

The only thing of course that puts many people off are the subtitles...but if they can get over that, then they are in for a treat. ;)
