I got a voicemail today but forgot my passcode how do I change it to one touch? (this happens a lot )
or in other words reset my passcode?

i've checked the manual but it doesn't say anthing about what to do if you forget it.
how do you erase the old one if i don't know what it is?
 
erase the old password and then change it to something else you can remember easily don't get a hard one and always write your passwords down if you're not a good remeberer
