To all Christians, is soft swinging between married couples a sin?

the soft swinging i am talking about is that a "married" couple would have sex in front of another "married" couple but no penetration, including foreplay and oral sex, with anyone other than your own partner. Please give me some precise answers tnx.
Why or why not?
I think I can compare this like a married couple watching porn, which i think is not a sin. The only difference is that this is "real"
