To all 2004 Chevy Impala owners...have you had as many issues with yours as i have?

I bought mine in Jan. with about 58k on it...paid $12k + $1500 for an extended warranty. It was back at the dealership less than a week after i bought it to have the entire instrument cluster replaced and the ignition switch - NONE of which did the dealer offer to take care of...they let the warranty i bought cover it...so i paid the $50 deductible. I figured it was just a fluke. A couple months later it's back again to have "knocking/clunking" in the steering fixed, loose motor mount tighted, & an engine oil leak fixed. At this point the tranny has also been acting strange...shifting hard and slipping at times...none of which they could find codes for or find any issues with. Also, the "service traction control" light comes on regularly but never stays on long enough for the dealership to be able to find a code. Just picked it up today from having the blower for the heater replaced. What gives? Is this car a lemon? I love the way it looks & has lots of room...but it seems to be falling apart already and i am getting nervous now that it has about 72K on it and the warranty is up @ 90k. Has anyone else had probs with theirs? Should i try to get rid of it now or hope that i wont have to take it back to the shop again anytime soon?
