TNA Wrestling on Bravo (Part 3)

I did get a little angry at some parts
like when the security guarRAB started throwing their weight around and later on in the show...... i won't spoil it if you haven't seen it but it does look really unfair for the babyfaces in the company since it seems like everyone is under the Hogan/Bischoff regime. Also the 90 minute version i saw included the entire main event, in America it carried over onto Reaction so i guess when it airs on Bravo this week you wont miss anything.

i do think there's a certain logic in keeping the "proper" wrestling for PPV's.

Giving you a short "taster" each week between two people is designed to keep you watching the following week, and then when they're booked to face off at the PPV then you're more inclined to watch to see the big blow off. (*snigger* @ 'blow off' :))

Watched BFG and thought it was ok. I guess my view is always going to be somewhat skewed because I don't watch Impact and just read the taping results, but it was certainly watchable.

The ending to the main event was somewhat predictable, but the match itself was good - it's a shame Kurt mistimed the spot where he was supposed to spear Jeff in mid-swanton. That would have looked pretty awesome I think.

It'll end up on extreme sports I'd bet.

Five are apparently wanting to appeal to the female demographic that reaRAB OK!

Oh and it's completely pointless comparing TNA ratings to WWE ratings given they're not on equal television platforms.

We know how far up Vince's ass Triple H is. I heard that's now official. He's like, creative advisory assistant to McMahon now.

Still drew more. Might only be slightly (20,000 people?) but it's more people watching it.

I don't think they need to at this stage in their careers - they've won all the tag titles that mean anything.

As someone said, I think they'd be buried if they went back to the WWE so at least staying where they are, they know they'll be still be near to the top of the card, tag-team wise.

And you know they'll get another run with the belts sooner or later.

smaller 6000 capacity arenas still look the business on a tv screen

QUERTY i apologise, just so used to negative dave meltzer wannabes i lash out lol

Who cares about Sky and their sports channels. No one wants to pay Sky. Even i'm only paying for it right because they tied me up into a 12 month HD contract. No one in their right minRAB voluntarily pays Sky money with a smile on their face. If you want to watch WWE here then you need to do it. I hope TNA sit back and let Sky pay them off with the rest of their contract and find a home elsewhere.

You need balance in a wrestling show. You also need logical storylines and interesting characters and not stupid s*** that doesn't make sense, which TNA has had in huge handfulls over the last number of years and thats why no one buys TNA never gets anywhere.

There seems to be loaRAB of fans who just watch out of habit and appear to get no enjoyment from wrestling anymore. These fans stay up until the early hours, pay for PPVs and other merchandise yet never have a positive word to say.

Who knows ? In the WWE you'll never really tell how many hardcore fans an individual has because they're just part of the pack .. take him out of the equation and see what happens when those who do support him follow him somewhere else.

Its not like he used his contacts and journalist skills to find it out. As you say, you just have to look at the Spike TV schedule.

The ratings won't improve because everyone knows they're going to bury the babyfaces now; Hogan's group is going to go over everyone no matter what.

I'd guess even when Angle finally goes over Hardy for the title, it won't be a clean finish

I doubt WWE would have a big say in what Sky show on any of its channels. Its like saying Sky movies can't show any films made by Universal,Warner Bros or Sony pictures because Mr Murdoch has a share in BSkyB.

WCW Worldwide was on at 7pm. IF TNA did any kind of deal they would need to make sure they had a regular time slot on a certain day every week and it had to be uncut. There is no reason for any wrestling show to be edited in this day and age and no TV company in this country has a valid argument against it.
