TNA Wrestling on Bravo (Part 3)

I'm saying ESPN is a sports channel, and reinforces that image in aRAB in every ad break they do, as such taking TNA would be odd, in the same way showing Neighbours would be odd for them; I was commenting on the channel, not TNA.

Sky Sports showing WWE goes back to the eighties when kayfabe was alive and well, before anyone comments on that.
 
Don't why people bring up the infamous WCW run on Five.That channel was owned by a different entity back then,it was pre-watershed and WCW was notoriously badly managed as a company. TNA probably wouldn't want to go out before 9 pm and it's obviously run more tightly (when it comes to television deals/syndication rights).
 
It is a sports channel. As is Fox Sports Net, which originally carried TNA programming in 2005. Sky Sports show TNA in Germany.

ESPN must have a reason for putting TNA on the survey I posted a page back. With wrestlers like Kurt Angle, you are going to have many that say it could find a place on a Sports channel.

The reason for the survey was to see about the possibility of having an ESPN2 channel. However, iMPACT! would be well suited to ESPN America, a rating of 300,000 is definitely first-channel worthy, no matter if the debate rages on until we all die about whether Wrestling is a sport or not.



You mean the kayfabe in shoot fighting right now. ;)
 
Nope. He's about to go on tour with his band and he's just said he'll never work for another wrestling company other than WWE.
 
It's good to see the ratings increasing but they need to steadily keep the company progressing. I fear they could go the same way as WCW if they stop looking for younger talent.
 
Turning Jeff Hardy heel?... Brave or stupid? Personally i'd go with stupid. He's never had the heel role in his career and I think with good reason. He's just too much of a natural face. How many high flyers have ever made good, convincing main event status heel turns? He'll be a face again before long IMO.
 
You will always watch it grabbi. Never in your life will you be able to tune out and the same goes for george and ghostboy and ruth and everyone else in this thread. You can't do it. Even though you don't like it, you will continue you to watch. You can blame Vince Russo, you can blame Dixie, you can point the finger in any direction you want but i guarantee you...you will always watch. You will always be another notch on the ratings figure.

I hope TNA push it as far as they possibly can.
 
No point announcing it afterwarRAB. In 33 hours from now the whole world will know about Dixie's announcement and we will finally know who THEY are on Sunday. How refreshing it is to go on those sites and not see any spoilers relating to TNA's storylines.
 
I think it's obvious the best thing TNA could do to get more viewers in is to go live every week. Taping sometimes weeks in advance has a more adverse effect on the ratings than the iMPACT Zone does.
 
Wolfe's legit injured, rumoured to have "personal issues" and both of them are rumoured to have failed drug tests. So take your pick. :D
