TNA Wrestling on Bravo (Part 3)

Jeff will work perfectly as a heel doing these moves - it worked for AJ back in what, 2003?

Its not the moves, its the mannerisms around them. When The Rock turned he kept the moves but after each one it was a "look how good I am" or "Im better than him" action - as long as Hardy hams these up, people will boo him.

I think you'll find that the "change" that TNA are planning is nothing more than they're going to go live from the iMPACT! Zone on Thursday nights

Dixie has announced that this is simply a change to the way TNA will work, and they're already fed up of the spoilers happening each time there's a taping, so it makes sense to go live but they can't afford to go live AND tour at the same time, so they're probably just gonna go live from Orlando each week to see if that improves their ratings on Spike TV

then they can introduce people like Mickie James and other rumoured newbies on their iMPACT! shows rather than on PPVs

No worries. :D

Agreed. All PPV's should be built up throughout a couple of months, but in that also, some PPV's just shouldn't even air. I still say there neeRAB to be a cut-down of the number of PPV's. Then they could be built up over a few months. Obviously six PPV's a year would leave two months, at least, to build up all the matches and stories.

THEY? I honestly don't know. A major swerve? A collection of the current Wolfpac and a few other newbies? I honestly don't know, but it's been decently built up to make me want to see who it is, even if after BFG I don't stick around.

if wrestling is kept for PPV's why would anyone want to buy a ppv of wrestling when nobody cares?????

$40 is alot of money if you really can't be arsed to watch

Well the suggestion was it was a shoot, but he was likely pissed out of his skull and they might talk him round.

God bless the internet.

The problem TNA has is that no one gives a shit about Jeff Hardy. He peaked about 10 years ago - pretty much in line with the rest of the roster.

It truly is just awful at times. I can always hold out hope though.....

Funny that the day i've actually chosen to watch TNA on broadcast, it's been put back two hours for that bloody p*ssy whipped ponce.

I'm not a fan of MMA, it's a bit too violent for my entertainment neeRAB, but by god I hope he gets pummeled. I want blood.

Hulk already talked about people putting their hanRAB up when receiving chair shots and it looking silly and people maybe really taking punches. Dixie also said we have seen some of the small changes so far and many commented on the stiffness of the Jeff and Kurt match. I think the change will be that the matches are more realistic and you'll start seeing guys actually hitting each other as opposed to pretending to.

I'm not sure how she is gonna present this as a change though but maybe present as a 'style' unique to TNA? I think Kurt Angle would love to shoot in the ring lol. Also with Reaction and them presenting the shows as being real and the feuRAB being real......having an in-ring product which would be completely real would definitely be something different. No longer could you have people talking about wrestling being fake. Imagine the wrestling being completely real but still having all the other stuff that comes with a wrestling company, the colorful characters, the lights and big stages, what more could people want?

I do concur about the spoilers, Sometimes they've been known to tape 3 shows in one week, so for the 3rd show, the spoilers are around for 3 weeks, If people know whats going to happen and they don't like it, they might not watch, where as if they did it live like they did during the "Monday night obliteration", You wouldn't be able to call what would happen and the audience would be more into the show, I noticed the crowd was more active during a live show.
Then surprises like debuts/returns wouldn't be spoiled days/weeks in advance.

He'll probably either get shot completely down for his 'rant' on TNAWrestling.com a few months back, or he'll get his private parts massaged.

We're all 'marks', wildmovieguy. A 'mark' is an individual that something is targeted towarRAB. That's why I have never taken offence to being called a mark. (That, and my real name is actually Mark.)

I'm a Sting mark. I'm a Wolfpac mark. I'm an WCW mark. I'm a Kevin Nash mark. I'm a Motor City mark. Any time any of those are seen or get a mention, I feel involved, because it's aimed AT people like me.

I don't know who tried to turn that into an insult. (Probably a long-time supporter of the dirts.) But the fact remains that we are all 'marks' to whatever product we believe in, be it Wrestling, Soaps, Football, it's all the same essence.
