not sure if anyones aware but if you try using the forgot password for your tmobile online account it wont send themessge per cs they are working on the issue.. thought i should share.

yeah i still waitng for my message. i call them and they are working on the problem. So all we can do is sit and wait it out.

yeah its been going on. what you can do is call tech hsupport and they have a messaging system where they can send te password to you to access the account. its not brought up to often
