I'm buying a 2008 sidekick from my friend for 50 bucks because he just upgraded his phone a year ago. but I have one quick question, I read alot of forums that you HAVE to buy a special data plan. I don't want to. Since I have 400 minutes and unlimited texting on my plan, is the sidekick still useable? I just want it to text, and listen to my music. And emergency calls also.
