Tmobile Sent the wrong phone?

recently i odered a new phone through tmobile by phone, when i ordered i told the guy i wanted the HTC HD7 and today when the phone arrived it was the HTC HD2 and i don't want that one. I called and they told me to wait 5-7 days and they would call me, the problem is that i am not sure if they are going to correct their mistake. Is there anybody out there that has been through this? Is Tmobile fair? or are they just going to ignore me? any help would be apreciated
