Tmobile screwed me big time.

Tmo thanks all of the stackers for thier business, and please know that we are here to help. I am new to the fourms and I work for Tmo as an area Rep for the company. I have also been a Tmo customer for 6 years...They ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THE DO thats why I work for them now. I will be happy to help with any questions or problems as best as I can, please know that I am not on the boards everyday so if I cant answer a PM I will try my best to get back ASAP. so i know it's no excuse and it is totally the sales persons job to double check but there is a glitch in t-mobiles system that automaticalt addes the feature to a different line, as a sales rep we should know this and go back in to double check whch line the feature was added to. in my store if it was added to the wrong line in error the manager will sell the phone for the price of the deductible. i'm glad it worked out but i;m sorry you had to go through that much trouble!!
 
when i first saw the title i was like huh????? then i read your post ad i was like sweet deal.....it's really hard working the retail world for cellular companies, as mobile associates we here it all the time from customers that they got screwed, i would say almost 50 percent of the time it was their fault and the rest of the time it was our error, but i'm glad to see that the error we made was corrected.
