Tmobile Is The Worst Wireless Company

I got some PMs from some of you and I still need a few more posts to reply.. Thanks for the info J, I will make sure to take note of that and use it a free lesson on the tec side of things. Still trying to learn alot of this as I go.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~i can't wait for the 3g to hit, I just hope rim has something lined up close to it like they did with the hotspot at home because that's what is going to be key. Hitting 3g on other phones means absolutely nothing to a smartphone user. HAHA

3g blackberry 9xxx- that's probably what the 9xxx series is going to be all 3g

the most up-to-date thing i could find on TMOs 3g...kind of upsetting really to hear what ATT is dropping... read up

akio! thanks - my first smile of the morning!

I'm a diehard TMo fan, having been with them for years for business and personal service. Nobody's perfect, but all in all they've been great. I'm currently using an unlocked 8300 with TMo. I struggled with the decision about [email protected] finally decided I don't need it, since I have coverage where I need it and extra minutes are cheap even without it. I put that issue to bed, and have been pondering selling the 8300 and getting an 8320...and have just about decided that this is totally unnecessary too, since my 8300 is such a good experience and I really don't miss UMA at the moment (can always play with that down the road).

Now - hearing the 3G is finally on its way (a TMo rep at a local corp store also mentioned that he heard is was coming sometime over the coming year), with sweet phones to boot, I'm thinking that the right decision for me is to sit tight, hold onto my full upgrade credits, and wait to see what the TMo Easter Bunny brings us next year. Would be cool if it were something like a 9xxx with Tmo 3G support!

i cant say i agree with the initial post, i just got a 2nd line.

part of these situations as another poster instructed is documentation, documentation. you need to write the time, the id badge of the csr you spoke to, and what they said. also, they have a loaner program if the returns are killing you. ive actually been offered that when my pearl crapped out on me.

and fyi: all of the carriers have issues but what i dont understand is your switch to cdma with sprint....lack of phones and horrible customer service. yeah, ill switch from tmo to a company that drops thousands of people because they inquire too much with c/s.

um no.

Only 4 choices out there in my book and thats...

Sprint/Nextel = bad signals, dropped calls, poor CSR and do NOT dare go over your rate plan @ .10 per text
Verizon = just bad over all, went to the store and the guy said they don't even sell phones to non verizon customers.
Cingular/ATT = getting a little warmer but still can't get over the whole magopoly thats is ATT

which leads us to
T-Mobile = Fair rates, above average CSR and great coverage but thats where I live

sucks that you've had probs, I know the feeling being a mobile technology conisure for 15 years but you gotta take the good with the bad sometimes.

tip:
If you get someone that doesnt sound capable in any way hang up and try for someone else

I had Verizon, then Cingular, Sprint and now T-mobile.
All of them have their problems, but So far, T-mobile's CS has been excellent.
WAYYYYYYYYY better than the others, I hope it stays that way

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)- yeah i love tMo too, the customer service is great, is awesome, the guys replace my pearl in 3 days, no questions, no crap, I call them, i told my problem, and that's it in 3 days i have my pearl, back in my hands the price is the best, and 3G next year I hope that's happen

Now 6 minutes ago I received a text message from tMo because they have a software upgrade for BB already yet

( sorry but my english is no so good)
