C Caribou "QUIT" Barbie™ New member Sep 5, 2010 #2 My t-zones did not appear when I first powered up my new Pearl about a week ago. Called customer service and they told me to power off the phone. Then they rest set my network connections and voila! I powered on my phone and there it was!
