Tmobile Handheld software download site

I am unavailable to download the latest handheld software through t-mobiles website. I have contacted them and they cannot figure it out either. Can anyone give me a URL to the 4.2 handheld zip file I need, so that I can get my phone working again. Getting app error 523 and phone reboots.

Here are a couple of links for you to try. This one is to RIM - page down and click on TMO:

Everytime I choose either of those links, it directs me to http://t-mobile.com/bbupgrade. I choose the model phone (8100) and then it asks me for my mobile number. I enter that in, it takes me to the page with the link for the handheld software. Once I click the link it redirects me to tmobile.com/shop/phones. I explained this to tmobile and they cannot recreate it. I also SSH'd into a computer on the other side of the country, and tried to access it that way and I get the same lame redirect. Can anyone else try to get the file and either e-mail it, or post it up on the web for me? This is day 2 without my BB and Im about to lose it.

I just tried it and had no issue.

Suggest you use the 3rd link and just install 4.2.0.109 instead> Just don't forget to
delete the vendor.xml file after you install it on your desktop and you should be good to go.
