Tmobile gets 3g this summer!

I was just in T-mobile trying to get a aircard for my laptop and my rep informed me that there will be a 3g card coming out soon and I should wait. So tmobile is obviously going 3g and the bold is 3g....I think we might actually get it before the winter ends (sigh')

I used to tether with plain GPRS... now that I do it with EDGE it is indeed faster than before.

Yea I have read that they are planning on a big implementation of their 3G this summer.

What I have heard (and it might be just a rumor) is that T-Mobile bought and has owned for some time parts of the EM spectrum for its 3G -- but those parts have not yet been vacated by Government agencies, the previous owners.

Maybe just a convenient story . Then again, it might be true...

You might get some competition from Mendocino County, California. I remember
driving through; no signal for BB or plain cell phone anywhere-- nada!
