My family and I have been having trouble with T-mobile trying to order new phones for all of us. We went with a payment plan due to lack of money up front. With it we don't have to pay till december giving us plenty of time to gather the funds.
They have a digital EIP thing you have to sign electronically to accept the terms and conditions of the payment plan. Every time we go to sign it, it sits on the contract page for about a minute or so then goes to a page that says Your order has expired no changes have been made to your account.
I'm wondering if any of you have ever received this error message and what t-mobile did to fix it.
