I just canceled my Tmobile service and received my final bill. I was under contract on both phones so I understand where $400 is coming from. My question is about your final SERVICE bill. I paid my bill as normal on the 3rd and switched service on the 4th. In my final bill I had a whole added month of service to pay for.
Is it pay and go (for the following month) or get service(from the previous month) then pay for it?
They also did not apply my discount that I've had on there for four years?!?!?
