Tmobile Calls Failing

Can anyone from Tmob customer service or any fellow stacker tell me if there is some problem with calls right now? I have a full 5 bars for reception, it says tmobile under the date and I have edge but I cannot make a phone call. I can browse the internet though through the phone. I haven't done a battery pull yet because my seidio skin is so hard to take off.

Thanks for any help

that usually does the trick. I would recommend trying the battery pull. Where are you from, I'll check to see if there's any issues in the area.

Hey Jonny, you seem to be very helpful an many threads, can you offer any suggestions for this dropping issue?
I am in Denver and have an 8100, GF has the 8800 both tmo. We both have had a terrible time with poor call reception (voice breaks up after several minutes of clear conversation) and dropped calls/calls failed and loss of audio. It occurs anywhere around denver, so much in my house I got a repeater (which barely helps) but any where pretty much.
My problems seem to have been solved with the .107 upgrade (still testing), but hers on the 8800 are still a problem. We have tried the other available OSs, replaced the Sim card and taken off all third party apps.
We are at the point where we are going to have to beg Tmo to let her out of her contract, because her phone is nearly unuseable. Any suggestions would be helpful.

teleberry: I think that the suggestions to turn radio off/on, and to try reboot through alt-enter-delete are being provided as possible alternatives to pulling the battery, since superkrai is reluctant to remove his Seido skin to pull the battery

Yeah, but if a battery pull doesn't work, these won't either, so I am hoping for additional suggestions. If there aren't any, I may have to go with someone other than T-mo. Thanks for the help, very appreciated from all.
