I had a water damaged phone replaced by Tmobile or Asurion. The new/refurbished one came and now I have to send back the damaged one.
They want me to send the damaged phone back through the box that the new one came in.
Do I have to send every part of my old phone (like battery, charger, usb cable, sim card, sd card, and head phone) or just the phone itself?
Also, the new one came with a 4gb sd card while my old one has a 8gb. The 8gb works fine and is not damaged. If I need to return an SD card, can i just return the 4gb instead of the 8gb?
Also, my old sim works good too and i can call and receive, including data. Do i need to replace it with the new sim it came with? Or can i just keep that old one?
