If someone works for tmobile please help me!I am on a smart access plan for another few months but I need more minutes than I have. I tried getting my faves an BB add on was told I could by a supervisor then turned out I couldn't so I switched back. According to tmo I could if I lived in certain areas can someone please answer me straight. Either way I go my bill would be darn near the same. I love tmo and I love my BB but overage on minutes is gonna freakin kill me! PLEASE HELP a fellow crackberry out!! Thank you all your great!

Well it would help to know what plan you are on. I know that SA can only have the $49.99 plan with 1000 Anytime Minutes, Unlimited Nights and Weekends. Currently the only way for SA to be able to do the BB Addon is to be on the $29.99 plan with 300 Anytime Minutes and Unlimited Weekends. Which I think is kinda stupid, but hey I don't make the rules. I would say just try to stay off the phone so much until you can get off of SA. That is what I had to do when I was on SA before I got off it.

I work at a cell store, and I've come across this before... In about 6 months, tmo is supposed to have it so that smart access customers can have my faves... As it stands now, the only way to go over the SA $50 limit, is with insurance...

I'm a new tmo customer w/ a new bb & requested an older plan that tmo used 2 offer (bb minutes and mail) consisting of 1000 anytime min., unlimited text, & unlimited internet/ RIM data for $59.99. I just printed out the offer & took the paperwork in w/ me. They were very cordial & willing to get an old time Cingular customer paying for their service! Try it..may work 4 u!

sendit2mybb: The problem is the OP is a Smart Access customer which is a Spending Limit account. On SA your "plan/s" can't exceed $50.00. So unfortuneltey the BB Minutes and Mail plan is out of the question.

To the OP the only thing I can recommend is just try and tough it out for a few more months since you say you are almost elidgable to be taken off SA. The reason why T-Mobile has the policies in place as far as SA goes is because if we didn't have SA people would have to pay anywhere between a $250.00 to $500.00 deposit. So SA allows T-Mobile to offer service to those that it may have not been able to before.

Before I started working for T-Mobile I was a SA Customer. Yeah it sucks sometimes to not be able to get certain rate plans/features, but it saved me from having to pay a deposit to get service. So I just toughed it out for a year, and trust me......I was ready to convert off of SA. You can do it....just don't use the phone much during the week, and mostly use it Saturday and Sunday, and use mostly text messages, and such.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~i am a sa tmo cust my self and I found that if you add a second line you can get more minutes and the BB add on for 19.99 I had a rep that found some codes and almost had me on a 600 my fave with the BB add on I would have been in heaven but when she went to save and close my acctit wouldn't allow it I have until Jan then I'm off and I have someone who wants to take over my second line so I will have my pearl my minutes and my fave what more do I need

The only way for a SA customer to get the BB plan is to be on a SA Family Plan.....I don't know why.....I think it is crazy myself, but that is how it is.
