TMO Vs. Others

I've been a Tmo costomer from 2002 and for the most part have been happy with the service I have recived. The question I have is should I stay with them? Being a costomer for so long I've built loility and never really looked at any of the other providers, am I missing something just becasue I'm satisfied? So if anybody has any info on the other providers let me know.

Each person has thier own preference but i can tell you this, if you go with someone else you will pay more for the BB internet feature. I have been happy with Tmo for years and am not going anywhere, but as i said to each thier own.
 
All of the above more or less boils down to. I use my pearl as a modem and i'm connecting at like 4kbps It's driving me crazy. I know that the is the G3 network and so forth... They all claim to be fast fast fast... Guess I should have wrote that as my origional post. Other then the speed issue I love Tmo. Thanks for the Info!!
 
True, and if it is too much to handle and worth the extra money i would say to go to a company that will make you happier in that respect. There is an article in phonescoop speaking of 3g and Tmobile rollout being delayed by the goverment. http://www.phonescoop.com/news/item.php?n=2419 Not much as far as when but it does confirm it is on the horizon.

Been with tmo since they were voicestream back in 1997. And they love me! And honestly they have an amazing customer service team. But CDMA is faster than GSM cuz of EVDO, but when 3G comes out tmo will be the best network period. Even now with h@h that's like the greatest deal in the world!
 
i agree, i cant get enough of this HS@H plan. only downfall is when 3g comes out, ill have to dump some more money on a 3g bb with hs@h.
 
I have been with them sence 2005 and they have given me really, really good customer service, and the plans are cheap for the BB. And I agree with kelhosseiny, when 3g hits tmo, it will be the best network to be with.
 
I've been a Tmo customer since 1999. Their customer service has always been wonderful, they don't lock down their phones as much as Verizon, and the price is hard to beat!
 
kelhosseiny you posted a T-mobile question in a pro-T-mobile forum...what were you expecting? of course people are gonna agree with you...try reposting this in the AT&T or Sprint forum and watch the flaming begin.
 
It's up to you. I mean, if you're happy with whatever service you have now, then I'd stick with it until you become unhappy. That's all there is to it. If you were a Sprint customer and said you were happy with Sprint, I'd tell you the same thing. There's no guarantee that the grass is greener anywhere else, so unless you absolutely hate T-Mobile (or any service), then why leave?
