Most likely you will have to call in customer service but it will pretty easy. Thanks.... i went over this month because i only had 400 text (i didn't think that i was going to text that much!!!)

I just did a quick google search and it looks like it's for family plans only, but I can't find anything on the tmo site official about it either way. It still just says 14.99 for unlimited text.

That's just it, it's for families. That addon you have applies to all lines (up to five) on your family account whereas the one stated here is for single lines only. TMO had a promo for the unlimited family txt addon back when it was first introduced for $10 but I doubt we'll ever see that one again.

The $9.99 is a promo for SINGLE lines. Others are just sharing other texting packages.
