Tmo frustration...

So i tried making a payment via the automated piece of crap they had and it wouldnt allow me to do so. So i went ot check my balance, and the stupid thing says " Im sorry I can not give you this information." So I went to pay online, i get to the enter credit card info page, and it doesnt let me select next to proceeed with the payment. So then I call up CS to find out what the deal is and im told nope cant pay with us unless you want a service charge.. even tho there is no other way for you to pay unless you drive to a darn store. That is freaking rediculous. I dont get enough time to drive to a store, tmos system sucks so I cant pay it that way. So im stuck not being able to pay a bill.
 
Tmo is doing some upgrades on the billing system tonight, it will be up in the morning. They go through this process about once a month! Hope this helps! (I work in tech support, and this system went down about an hour before I left tonight.)
 
sounds like it may be a browser issue if you aren't able to press 'next' to go to next step of pay page. I'd try alternate browsers. explorer, mozilla, opera, etc. personally, I use Mozilla and have had no problem paying my t-mo bill through the online site. goodluck!
