TMO Employees, Need Your Advice

Well, I have been mucking w/ my BB OS a bit, changed some themes around, but overall nothing major has been done to my Berry. When, all of a sudden, no attachments will be able to be viewed on my device. Pop, IMAP, nothing is able to view attachments. It is giving me the line, "an unknown exception occurred,"

I have everything running the way TMO wants it, no hacked OS's or anything

Please Help, I really don't want to call them If I don't have to...
 
~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~ Sounds like you need to resend your service books for your email. Delete from service books and then go onto your tmo account and resend service books. If that doesn't fix the problem let me know via pin and we will try something else.
 
skip, thx for the help, I have resent service books a few times, hasn't fixed my problem yet...I called TMO (sigh), So as soon as they decide they can't fix the problem, I'll Pin you. Thanks again
 
Tried that too, I've now been transferred to RIM, maybe I'll get this guy to send me a 4.2 release for my troubles...(lol)
