TMO device upgrade help!

After 11 months of contract with Tmo you can an upgrade on the phone right?

So i have the regular blackberry, black /silver
but i have been looking at the white BB..

So i went and i saw that they want to give it to me for $267

i thought i was suppose to get a discount!

How can i go and get the white BB for cheaper?

suggestions?
 
Did you try doing it via tmobile.com? Also the 11 month thing is only good if you are on a 1yr contract. For the 2yr contract it's 22 months.
 
Sounds like you are in a 2yr contract. I remember there was a bug that let you get a discounted price every 6months. You did have you extend your contract for another 2yrs tho. The only thing you wouldn't get was the mail in rebate. Seems like they fixed that, unfortunately.
 
if you change your phone # for $15, its seems to lose your info. i have done this a coulpe of times, by mistake mind you. i had 2 lines changed about a year ago, and was able to upgrade a month later. i just changed another phone line, and that contract wasnt up for another 15 months, and i was able to upgrade in a month, and i did. i have four lines, and i would really like to get the phone numbers all the same except for 1 number off. but they said thats impossible to do. but when i changed the number on 2 lines , they are the same except for 1 number off. wish i could do that to all four lines.
 
That price is the partial discount. You must have signed a 2 yr originally. The 22 month thing is true and unless you changed anything on your accout, like BLISS1990, there is no way to get around it...

WAIT A MINUTE!
Warranty: If you have had it for 11 months then it is still under warranty. Call tech support andtell them that the os on the 71whatever is running incredibly slow (which it does) and that you have reloaded the os multiple times and push nicely for a Pearl. Replacement 71whatevers will continue to run slowly with the most recent software because it uses up too much memory. Good Luck!
