Tmo curve and mobile media

Is there a program that I can get to put on my PC where I can convert movie files into something where I can watch them on my BB?

I've searched the archives, only to find my head spinning.

I downloaded a couple only to find trouble. One wouldn't resize the aspect ratio for my device... so movies played were only about 3 lines tall, but the width of the entire screen. One had the right ratio, but no sound.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, the curve needs to have movies in the 3gp format, I believe.
