Actually there is proof that Zixxth Sense takes place after Day of Awakening, in Zixxth Sense the Turtles refer to Moon Base Bishop by name, while in the Day of Awaking when Bishop is explaining the problem to the Turtles, Donatello asks what the name of the structure on the screen is, to wich Bishop explain's that it's Moon Base Bishop and that it is of vital importance to Earth's security. Therefore DOA has take place first becuase of all the Turtles I think that Donnie would be the least likely one to forget someplace like that I mean come on it's a space station and it's Donnie.

I've given up trying to understand Fast Forward continuity.
The episode itself is fine. I wish they could've started these episodes up earlier.

Eh, it's no worse than the original series 'continuity'. Attack of the 50ft Irma - Turtles apparently see the transport module for the first time. Same goes for April Fools and The Old Switcheroo where they all react too seeing it for the first time, or the lava flooding the tube.
Personally, I think the second batch of episodes is a leap higher than the first. We've got good ones like The Journal in the first, but in the second half, almost all are good. Timing is Everything, the last Bishop episode, etc. Even the animation seems too have been improved a bit, although the turtles still have that cheap look about them with the straight lined designs...

Uh, no, Donnie asked what the name of the Moon Base was in "Fly Me to the Moon".
I still don't see any proof that Zixxth Sense takes place after Day of Awakening (though, to be truthful, there isn't really anything supporting the other way around except for the fact that Day of Awakening felt like an actual season finale).

Actually, there sort of is:
In The Zixxth Sense, the turtles recognize Bishop's spaceship on sight. If Zixxth comes before Day of Awakening, there's no particularly good reason for them to know that bit of information, aside from assuming that they did some clever guess-work. However, if Zixxth comes after Awakening then the answer to that question is obvious: they know because they had ridden it to Moonbase Bishop to stop Sh'Okanabo in the previous episode.
