"TMNT" DVD Talkback (Spoilers)

Batman Forever was well received and did receive a sequel. It was it's sequel, Batman & Robin, that wasn't well received.

Anything can happen, I'm just saying the chances of a new EE of TMNT coming out is kind of slim currently.

In any case, lets get a little closer the topic of the current DVD, shall we?

I know that, but Forever was well-recieved back when extended cuts were a rarity. Nowadays, Forever isn't well-recieved enough to earn one.

What I meant by that was that TMNT has a sequel coming up, and we live in an age where extended cuts are much more common.

But, fine, let's get back on topic.

Sadly, yes, that is indeed the DVD cover. And it's hideous.

Regarding an extended cut: I hope we get one, because you can really tell that they cut a bunch of stuff. This hurt the movie quite a bit, but I still enjoyed it.

You can blame Joel Schumacher (I don't know how to spell his last name, and frankly, I don't care what the spelling is) for Batman and Robin sucking. As seen in the Star Trek vs. Star Wars battle on Robot Chicken, a nerd dressed up as either Batman or Robin calls him "history's greatest monster".

You spelled his name right. I know full well why the movie sucked, I don't know what relevance that has to a TMNT discussion though.
