Previously on Back to the Sewer: Cyber-Shredder attempts to make his way back to the land of flesh by inhabiting the Baxter Stockman's new--and not very fleshy at all--new body.

This week, on Back to the Sewer: Serling attempts to make a Time Window in order to return to 210_.

 
This episode almost seemed like a remake of the old toon's, "Michaelangelo Toys around."

If you're going to borrow plots from the 80's show, I guess it had to be one about evil toy robots?

Was a decent filler ep with some amusing moments, not much to say. I did like seeing Splinter again, it really reminds you he's been absent all season.
 
Is this the first show this season to leave FOX/My Network TV's 4 Kids TV and move to CW 4 Kids? Did CW 4 Kids just ax Skunk Fu and Viva Pinata after several weeks?
 
Apparently some of the geniuses at the CW decided to have back-to-back episodes of Sucktacular Spider-Man at 9 and 9:30, so they bumped Ninja Turtles to 10.
 
this episode was terrible. probably in the top 10 worst episodes (other than fast forward) of the series. serling is the lamest character this show has ever seen.
 
That's hilarious. I didn't even catch that it didn't say Spectacular until I saw the responce it got. I have to agree with the negative reviews of this episode. I thought that this was a pretty boring episode. I was hoping that the old guy who spent his whole life looking for Serling would turn out to be like Darius Dunn's grandfather, or something the least bit interesting. Luckily my DVR knew the time that the episode was airing, so I didn't miss it. It's only a 13 episode season, the people who missed it will get at the very least one more chance to see it.
 
Another thing, why is it everytime they time travel they always go back to the dinosaurs?

This is like the fourth time they did it:

- In Season 4 the Turtles spend a 2-parter in dinoland.
- In FF's "Timing is Everything" there was one part where a T-rex and Triceratops were let loose in the city
- In the first ep of BTTS they were sent back to the dinosaurs at the beginning
- In this ep the very first part sends Serling to dinoland yet again.


Is this a running gag or just laziness on part of the writers? I'm guessing the latter.
 
i bought 2 of the paleo patrol figures only because they came with part 1 and 2 of the savanti romero episodes...this was before season 4 was released. oh well.
 
Actually Saavanti was in Season 3 as well. His "pet" turned out to be Ultimate Drako, which led into the two splitting up the turtles and Splinter. Anyway, if Serling really wanted to get back to the future, there's 3 things he needs: A flux capacitor, some plutonium, and a DeLorean.
