Where can I watch the episode on tlc. It's called Say Yes to the Dress and the episode is called The Art of Negotiation.

I loved the dress the greek girl was wearing and I have been looking for a picture of it everywhere. But I can't find it!

So where can I watch the episode?

I already know the designer that designed it, I even visited her website but she doesn't have it.

You can look there, thats where the videos of Say Yes to the Dress are, at least on tlc's own website.
They might have it there.
You could call a bridal dress boutique and see if they know what the dress is called, they are usually very helpful. ^^
