Title or author of children's book?

I have been trying to find the title of a children's picture book. The only thing I can remember about the book is the line "I'll make a kitty cat pie out of you, I will, I will," and the basic plot, which involves a girl who owns a cat and dog that are constantly fighting (hence the gruesome threat). This was the first book I ever read, and I would love to find it again. Does anyone have any idea at all what it might be?
