It was one of the thousands of otherwise forgotten sci-fi novels I read as a teenager & involves a staged fight between two naked women surrounded by men making bets.
Their weapons were "boob-worms" two-foot long snake-like things that have a nipple-like thing at one end from which sprout hairs that unleash a paralysing venom on contact. It then slithers into the helpless victim to lay its eggs. the eggs hatch & the baby worms feed on the contents of the alimentary canal until they are big enough to "hatch" & slither out the way they entered.
