Under the false pretext of being collaborative and obedient prisoners, they sabotage everything they can, fool constantly their guards, and turn their camp into a mess, which is not that difficult as the head in charge of the camp is a gentle fool who take as face value anything his prisoner suggest him.
Humor reaches its climax when a sabotaged tractor - or a bulldozer - of a sort gets out of control and destroy whole barracks.
It looks like this film is rather old (in black and white, perhaps).
Seen this one years ago on TCM or ACM.
