It's a pretty messed up movie, but my mom & I are trying to remember the name of it. It's about a family that adopts a little girl and she's really screwed up. She kills a bird. Beats the family dog, stabs herself in the lip with a safety pin to make herself bleed, & blames the dog of biting her. In another scene she repeatedly slams her brothers head into the basement floor.
