work? I believe it was in the 90's and I saw it on TV. Her car was unable to break and would accelerate on its own and she had a guy in the passenger seat and almost ran over a skateboarder and gave him a lift and then the car just couldn't stop. The police were chasing her for a while and then figured that her car was the problem and not her. Anyone know the title of this movie?
