Titel of book..beginning was about her like/obsession of phobias?

it would be wonderful if you could help me remember..i no thats not a lot of info..but i only read like the first page...ahhh..i no one of the phobias she talked about was getting peanut butter stuck on the top of your mouth.and another one was having a phobia of phobias..not sure
