Titanic.

The good old potteries centre in Hanley eh duck?
I remember my dad explaining how the captain was from stoke when i was younger then the film was released and everybody began to slate him!
I felt quite upset lol

LOL well actually I just Googled and tried to look all authoratative and shit because I actually didn't have a clue!

But hey, at least I'm honest enough to admit it! ;)

Also someone was saying about ruining the ending - it sinks - there I just saved you three hours of your life.

Anyone who likes Titanic should also make the effort to see 'A Night To Remember'. It's interesting to comapre the two films focusing on the same event. You can also see how the subsequent finding and exploration of the wreck has made Titanic factually more accurate than A Night To Remember. In the latter, the ship goes down whole, whereas we now know the ship broke apart. It's a great film, that's well worth seeing.

Yes she probably threw it in the sea in memory of Jack and also so that guy on the ship couldnt have it to sell.

Yes this happened in real life.

Jack and Rose and the love story was made up, the rest was loosely based on fact and most of the other characters existed and portrayed according to survivor's accounts - except for Murdoch, poor bugger.
