Hi
I have just signed up for a Tiscali Broadband and Free calls package and have managed to connect my APPLE MAC to the Siemens Gigaset SE587 and actually connect to the internet at last via the Ethernet cable,. Thanks to the help of some smashing people on here - not Tiscali!.
I have now given up trying to ask them the following question after the 8th email.
I don't wish to use it wireless, I'm happy to use Ethernet.
My query is regarding the 0,38 number which is
referred to in the literature Tiscali sent to me, which
states if this number is not entered correctly,
"Tiscali will not be held responsible for any charges
incurred".
The problem is, 'where do I enter this number'?
Was is automatically entered somewhere when I set up the router manually, or do have to physically install it myself somewhere? If so where?
I haven't entered another number anywhere so how can I be connected then?
I'm not very technical so a step by step guide would be great.
