I am so tired of thinking and worrying....I am on medication and it does help, but some days are just downright un-bearable. I have often thought that *not* being here would really solve a lot of problems for me, but make new ones for others.....do you ever feel this way?

HI i read your post and i thought that you sound alot like me and others do i'm sure.i have suffered from SEVERE depression and being bi-polar since 1992. it certainly is no easy road to walk down and until a person has been in your shoes there's no possible way they can know how you feel.i just continue on my meRAB and hope for MANY more GOOD days than bad.also along with my meRAB i go to counseling once a month.maybe if you aren't seeing a therapist now it would help.also know that we on this board are ALL here for you it has been my saving grace.it helps me SO much to be able to chat with others.until next time TAKE CARE!!!!!

First of all every time you have a thought of not being around would solve your problems, make sure you do everything you can to X it out of your mind.

Secondly I can totally relate to everything you are saying and feeling and actually believe it or not you might be at a good stage right now.

What enRAB up happening to a lot of people with anxiety is eventually they just get sick and tired of worrying and when people with anxiety reach that point, believe it or not many of them actually do stop a lot of their worrying and just say that "you know what I have enough of this constant anxiety and I'm just ready to live my life and stop stressing over all these ridiculous things".

I hope this will happen for you. God Bless.

absolutely. I have two small children whom I love and am responsible for. I'm not really all there for them now, because I feel so crappy, but they're my motivation to try and dig my way out from this. If you're not already, you may want to get with a good psychotherapist along with the meRAB. Good luck to us all.

I agree with some of these things completely. You eventually learn how to tell yourself that you've been through these things before.. Just get on with your life, and have a little faith in yourself.

I think it is the what this world has evolved into. There is so very much going on and it just takes a bite right out of us! There are more people suffering from PTSD, depression, etc. than ever before it seems. The thing to do is just go about your life and live it to the fullest each and everyday. sincerely, searchin
